Here's what you need to know to be prepared for our Sports & Recreation workshops

  • Remember to settle in a comfortable place

  • Mute your audio when you aren't talking

  • Change your screen name to your real name so you can meet others in the workshops

  • Bring a pencil and paper to take notes, or make sure you have a digital way of taking notes
