Exciting New Workshops and More with Boomerang
Updated: Dec 4, 2020
A summary of new workshops and events with Boomerang in September.
They say we have two ears and one mouth so we can listen more than we speak. So when you told us that you want more workshops outside the creative arts space, we heard you loud and clear.
Get your aprons ready
We’ve added more culinary workshops to the mix, the most exciting of which is Apple Baking with Helen Nugent. Helen is the creator of @BatterednBaked and has a community of over 30,000 followers and growing.
We’ll also be hosting sessions on how to make gnocchi from scratch on September 10th. Those workshops are right around the corner.
A little wine never hurt anyone
If you don’t mind trying out different varieties of wine, we also have some tastings on the schedule. We know you don’t want to miss out on any of those.
What other workshops are coming up?
There’s so much to talk about, so here’s what else you have to look forward to from Boomerang:
More Gardening workshops hosted at the beautiful Design Department store in Mount Pleasant.
We’re starting an Intro to Nordic Pole Walking series with Joan Baker. That’s also happening around Mount Pleasant.
Oh, and did we mention we’re hosting our very first Boomerang Social on September 5? Get ready for vision boards, light journaling and live music from Toronto musician Steve Gleason. It’s all happening at Paper Plus Cloth. Food and snacks will be served.
You’re almost caught up, but if you want a full rundown of all of our workshops, become a member of Boomerang today.
