Boomerang is an online platform designed for people over 50 that provides age-positive, engaging, and tailored wellness classes to help build healthy habits. Boomerang’s mission is to help every aging person be well enough to enjoy the life that they’ve always wanted.

Boomerang is currently available for all users across Canada. For now, we are only running classes in English, but stay tuned for expanded offerings for French-speaking Canadians in the future.

Boomerang’s headquarters are in Toronto, Ontario, but our online workshops are accessible across the country. All of our workshops operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

From pilates and strength training to chair yoga and meditation, Boomerang offers 100s of online wellness classes curated for people over 50, accessible to people of all physical abilities.
