About the Workshop

In the depths of frigid fall and windy winter, imagine taking in a deep breath of fresh forest air - all while never leaving your home! A terrarium is a self-contained ecosystem with its own water cycle. Put together correctly, this living piece of art requires little maintenance and hardly any water. You will design and assemble a miniature tropical rainforest enclosed in glass. Decorate with your work of art with tiny figures, beautiful crystals, lush green moss, and much more.

Each participant will be provided with their own glass vessel, substrates, a variety of decor, and live plants+moss.  Tools, gloves, and additional supplies will all be readied for a relaxing 2-hour workshop where you'll be guided in creating your own miniature world. You will take home your creation and a care sheet with placement and maintenance instructions so you can enjoy your terrarium right on your table.
