Pilates Mat & Stretch Class with Mini Stability Ball

About the Workshop
Join us for an invigorating Pilates Mat class. Led by Andy of Pilates Passion, a certified Pilates Instructor and Movement Educator. This class has a focus on muscle toning and lengthening along with overall body balancing. Extended stretching series will be incorporated in the back half of the session.
Please arrive 5 minutes early (10:25am). Andy will begin the session at 10:30am.
Level: Beginner/Intermediate - adaptable to your fitness level.
What to Bring: Water. Dress in athletic or breathable clothing. A mat or rug. No shoes necessary. Mini stability ball (if you have it). Roll up a towel with elastic bands if you do not have a stability ball.
