About the Workshop
Join us for an invigorating Pilates Mat & Toning class. Led by Andy of Pilates Passion, a certified Pilates Instructor and Movement Educator. This session is an overall muscle strengthen and lengthening workout incorporating the use of the toning weights to increase the intensity.
Please arrive 5 minutes early (10:25am). Andy will begin the session at 10:30am.
What to Bring: Water. Dress in athletic or breathable clothing. A mat or rug. No shoes necessary. 2 x toning ball weights. You can get creative with 2 x cans of soup or other goods with some weight to them.
