Pearl Knotting Class @ Fresh Paint Studio
Time & Location
About the Workshop
Discover the time honoured tradition of pearl knotting with silk cord. In this 3-hour class with Pamela Kearns you'll create your own freshwater pearl bracelet. We'll start by learning the technique using larger beads with heavier cord to take the fear out of the process. As part of the class, you'll receive:
- Enough cream-coloured freshwater pearls for a bracelet
- White silk cord
- A clasp and the use of pointed tweezers during the class
This technique is not limited to pearls - you'll see samples of how this technique is used for gemstones.
