About the Workshop

Fitness and food may be our ultimate forms of creativity; they help create our body-mind after all! Join us August 9th, for a dose of insight and inspiration to take your creative power back in these areas of your life. In this experiential workshop we will explore the heart of your desires for moving and fueling our bodies. We will explode common fitness myths that are keeping many people stuck and discuss sound scientific principles that can re-align you with the slow and grounded process of simply getting better over time, one tiny joyful step after another.

About our Host: 

Kim Simons is a Toronto based Health & Wellness coach. As a Happy Body Mentor, she provides lifestyle coaching with a focus on accountability using proven plans to help you get stronger and healthier at any age.

Accessibility Level: Easy. The workshop will be in Assembly Room C. There will be a washroom on the same level as the meeting room. The facility is fully accessible for those with mobility aids and wheelchairs.
