About the Workshop

Join us in Part 1 of 4 of the Move & Meditate series for a combination of gentle movement and mindfulness exercises. Using therapeutic techniques and props such as a Yoga strap/ long scarf, yoga blocks/ thick books and blanket, the practice allows space for physical, mental and emotional healing to potentially take place. Please have some of the props mentioned, and enough room to lie down.

What to Bring: 

  • Yoga mat or rug 
  • Yoga strap/long scarf 
  • Yoga block or a few thick books 
  • Blanket 
  • Water

About the Host: Ania, is a certified yoga instructor, running coach, reiki practitioner and mental wellness advocate. For almost a decade, she has been passionate about helping people reach their goals and transform their lifestyle in a supportive environment. Ania is sensitive to all levels focusing on proper form, while finding both inner and outer strength. Her classes and coaching style encourages participants to check the ego, challenge themselves in a safe and playful way, and recognize their potential. When not being physically active, Ania spends her time sharing knowledge about clean skincare, makeup and reducing toxic exposure to everyday products.

Accessibility Level: Easy. This workshop can be accessed online through our Boomerang at Home online feature. This is a video conference experience that can be accessed via Mobile, iPad, and Computer devices. Your device must have a microphone and/or camera to participate.
