Meditation & Self Identity Workshop
Time & Location
About the Workshop
Join us at the Centre for Social Innovation - Spadina location in the Climate Ventures space (2nd Floor) for a meditation session followed by a discussion on self identity and finding your purpose.
During this session we will identify who you are beyond anything you have done in your life. Often times as we journey through life the labels of what we do and the roles we play change. Perhaps the executive becomes the at home chef and the nurse transitions to a dog walker. No matter what your current label is it does not define you. You define you.
By peeling back the layers of who you are, you will leave this workshop with a re-defined sense of self and a clear purpose to take actionable steps moving forward. We are not just here to exist. We are here to create oneself endlessly.
