About the Workshop
Panna Cotta is an elegant cream based dessert. In this workshop, I will be teaching you how easy it is to create a spectacular dessert using only a few ingredients. Join me as I demonstrate step by step how to create the panna cotta itself and a vibrant raspberry sauce!
For the Custard:
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Whole Milk
4 tsp Gelatin Powder
1tbsp Vanilla Extract
For the Sauce:
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
2⁄3 cup Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice

About our Host:
Shiela Labao is a self-taught baker of over 10 years – so you can say that she’s had a lot of practice baking for fun. Realizing that her passion and skills can bring a community together, she decided to get a bit more serious and start baking for a purpose. Shiela has completed professional classes at George Brown College. Always focusing on the science behind the baking.
