Ever wondered how to eat to prevent illness, improve your health, and feel balanced? Join Dr. Clarence, ND as she takes you through one of the most well-researched diets, the anti-inflammatory diet.
She'll discuss what the anti-inflammatory diet is, how it can benefit your health, and talk about strategies for implementation! Since healthy eating and dietary changes require some serious meal prepping, she'll also send you off with some easy batch cooking recipes that will help you incorporate the anti-inflammatory diet in your everyday life!
About our Host:
Dr. Clarence is a naturopathic doctor and co-founder of The Orenda Clinic & Apothecary in the east end of Toronto.
She is passionate about bridging the gap between conventional and complementary medicine and has done additional education on supportive cancer care and the immune system. While she reserves a portion of her practice for cancer patients, her general practice focuses on digestive health and autoimmune disease. Her priority is helping people reclaim their health so they can feel great at any stage of life.
