About the Workshop
A time for me: transitioning into the experience of full aliveness:
We invite you to join Dr. Monica Mansilla from the Relational Path Institute for a two-hour exploration and learning of the concept of mindfulness as a way to tune into the present moment truly as a gift. This workshop will look at the wonder and the benefits of shifting our life focus from productivity and routine to a life of integration, self-care and full-aliveness.
This is an interactive mindfulness workshop where we will discuss life transitions and learn mindfulness principles through activities and discussion. By the end of these two-hours each participant will walk out with a clear direction of how-to bring awareness, intentionality and joy into everyday life.
