About the Workshop

Gentle yoga for those who've never practiced before or have very little experience and need more detailed explanation of poses. Move at a slow pace in graceful movement.

What to Bring: 

- Water

- Yoga mat or rug 

- Chair - Helpful for balance & if mobility/range of motion is limited 

About the Host: 

Dina Mukhamadieva is a Certified and highly experienced Yoga Instructor and wellness leader. She has been a yoga practitioner since 2006 and her teaching is a synergy of her core practices of meditation, pranayama, and asana. Dina has been trained in hatha yoga tradition and privileged to study with many exceptional spiritual teachers. Her classes are known for their wisdom in alignment, making them accessible to all level students. She believes that yoga is a life-changing force and brings us a sense of living life to the fullest, vibrant, strong, and open. Dina teaches at yoga studios, gyms, and has a home studio. 

Accessibility Level: Easy. This workshop can be accessed online through our Boomerang at Home online feature. This is a video conference experience that can be accessed via Mobile, iPad, and Computer devices. Your device must have a microphone and/or camera to participate.
