Join movement expert Andy for an open mic night, discussing various movement modalities within the current fitness/movement landscape. Learn about what types of exercises are best for various age groups and physical challenges. Andy will open up the floor to answer any questions or concerns relating to your own experiences, goals, limitations and injuries.  Feel free to come prepared with questions specific to your body, physical limitations and/or injuries. 

No physical movement involved.
