About the Workshop
Join us for a 30 minute online experience that will introduce you to the core essentials of a meditation practice. Learn different postures and breathing techniques great for beginners or practiced meditators looking to brush up on their knowledge.
What you need: A quiet space, dress in comfortable clothing, with a chair or mat as your resting place.
*Please join the session 5-10 minutes early to allow time to connect, adjust, and get comfortable in your space. We will begin at 11am.
