About the Workshop

Boomerang's online book club is hosting our second virtual series and we want you to join us! We’ll be discussing the #1 New York Times bestseller, Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng.

Our online forum will be led by Sarah O'Flaherty, who will guide conversations on different themes from the novel, including the complexities of mother-daughter relationships and the power of secrets we keep. We’ll be taking our time and splitting the discussion into four parts over a two week period so you’ll have plenty of time to read. Each time we virtually meet, we’ll discuss a different set of chapters. Whether you’ve read the book already or are reading it as the discussion progresses, this Workshop Series is for you.

In case you’re not familiar with Little Fires Everywhere, here’s a short description:

From Goodreads:Little Fires Everywhere explores the weight of secrets, the nature of art and identity, and the ferocious pull of motherhood--and the danger of believing that following the rules can avert disaster.” This #1 New York Times bestseller is soon to be a Hulu limited series starring Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington.

Here are the dates for the online book club sessions and the chapters you’ll be expected to read:
