A total body work out using dumb bells and body weight to tone, improve muscle strength and endurance. Finish with core and stretch. Lifting weights increases strength and helps us feel great!

 

Tools & Materials

  • Dumb bells 2-5lb for intermediate, 5-10lb for advanced or bring 2 cans of food or fill empty detergent bottles with water

Through the practice of stillness we observe what thoughts fill the void left by inner & outer noise. There will be multiple options for every pose, making this a practice suitable for every body. All you need is some floor space, pillows, a blanket, and open mind.

Alli is a mindfullness movement based instructor living in Montreal. Alli has been teaching for over 10 years primarily offering yoga, meditation, pilates and barre classes. Her high energy, compassion and love for movement are what make her classes inspiring. She will encourage and help to motivate you in every class.

Jenny Lee

Restorative Yoga

Jenny offers this practice with the perspective of a former professional ballet dancer, having performed and toured with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen, The Chimera Project, and Cadence Progressive Contemporary. She believes in the importance of holding space, providing mindful alignment & therapeutic adjustments when necessary, as well as dynamic sequencing.
