I received a failed payment error – How do I change the credit card I have on file?

You can update your payment details right from your Boomerang account. Once signed in, click on the drop down arrow on the top right corner of your page and click on “Account Details”. Continue by clicking on the “Manage Subscription Payment”, followed by “add a new payment method’. Once you’ve added your new credit card, you can simply delete the old one on file. We will attempt to bill you automatically, so there is no more action to take on your end once you’ve updated your credit card details.
