Product Update: Your Workshop Confirmation and Reminder Emails Have A New Look

We’ve made a few changes to how your confirmation and reminder emails will look. With these improved designs, you will now be able to access your workshops and workshop resources with ease. In this blog post, we will highlight the improvements we’ve made to these emails.

Note: The new confirmation and reminder emails do not apply to series workshops.

Here’s what’s different about the confirmation emails:

‘View Event Page’ button:

  • The ‘View Event Page’ button will take you to the event page where you originally signed up for your workshop.
  • Here, you will be able to see the event description, and can click the ‘Join Now’ button to join your workshop up to 10 minutes before the event.

‘View Here →’ link:

    • This clickable orange text will allow you to review the materials and resources necessary for your workshop, such as: workshop handouts, instructions on how to download Zoom, and how to join a workshop.

Confirmation Email Highlights

Confirmation emails are sent as soon as you successfully register for a workshop.

Here’s what’s different about the reminder emails:

‘Launch Video Call’ button

      • This button will take you directly to your workshop on Zoom.
      • Alternatively, you can log in to the workshop on your own by using the Meeting ID and Passcode listed below the button.

‘View Here →’ link:

      • This clickable orange text will allow you to review the materials and resources necessary for your workshop, such as: workshop handouts, instructions on how to download Zoom, and how to join a workshop.

‘View Event Page’ button:

        • This button will take you to the event page where you originally signed up for your workshop.
        • Here, you will be able to see the event description, and can click the ‘Join Now’ to join your workshop up to 10 minutes before the event.

Reminder Email Highlights

Reminder emails are sent the day before your workshop.
